CRUSHING INDUCED YIELD IN GRANULAR ASSEMBLY(GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING)

The project involved simulation of granular assembly by glass spheres assembly and then conducting standard compressive test on the sample to examine granular properties in the vicinity of yield point.

 

2007 - Summer Internship at Navyuga Engineering company(under D.M.R.C. AUTHORIZATION)

Period: 4 weeks

Project: Indepth design study and extensive daily field survey of structural work of 5.0 km long elevated viaduct and three metro stations (Mayur Vihar,Phase 1 extension and New Ashok Vihar)

 

Project – Working on a project related to extensive study of design of the pile foundation under Prof. N.K.Samadiya(Geotechnical Department IIT Roorkee)

CRITICAL STUDY OF A BALANCED CANTILEVER BRIDGE-DESIGN,ANALYSIS,DRAWINGS.

The Project Involes Use of STAAD-PRO for design of Super-structure and designing of foundation and Abutment taking into account the geotechnical aspects of Soil.

2.TECHNICAL FEST IIT DELHI -Selected in the final round of “bridge making competition” held at IIT DELHI (TRYST’06)

3.SCHOOL SCIENCE EXHIBITION- Actively participated in the school science exhibitions and competition-Stood first in the ‘wealth out of waste’ science day competition in the school. (CLASS 12^TH ).

4.IIT JEE 2005 –top 1%of the applicants appeared.
